Terms and Conditions

‍ Welcome to Foretel Solutions (“the Company”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

DEFINITIONS

“Services” refers to the telecom consulting services provided by the Company.

“Client” refers to the individual or entity who has engaged the Company to provide Services.

“Agreement” refers to the contract between the Company and the Client for the provision of Services, which includes these Terms.

“Deliverables” refers to any reports, analyses, recommendations, or other output produced by the Company as part of the provision of Services.

ENGAGEMENT

The Client engages the Company to provide Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Company will perform the Services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with the Client’s instructions, subject to the limitations and exclusions set forth in this Agreement.

FEES AND PAYMENT

The Client agrees to pay the Company the fees set forth in the Agreement in accordance with the payment terms specified therein. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate provision of Services if any payment is overdue.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Company retains all intellectual property rights in the Deliverables. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Deliverables solely for its own internal business purposes. The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or display the Deliverables to any third party without the Company’s prior written consent.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The Company and the Client agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by either party to the other in connection with this Agreement. This obligation of confidentiality shall not apply to information that is already in the public domain or that is required to be disclosed by law or court order.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Company under this Agreement. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
